Time Table for Health Check Up

Health check ups are very important to maintain a good state of wellness. In our society we are bombarded with many chemicals and toxins everyday that can effect our immune systems. Patients that schedule their health check ups on a regular basis keep their immune systems in check. We encourage regular check ups and the following is a time table for check ups:

Meridian Stress Assessment (MSA)

· Full Testing (all inclusive)—It is recommended to see Dr. Massie for two-three re-exam visits (schedule these visits about six (6)-eight (8) weeks apart--when your remedies have only ¼ left) after the initial visit. Once the body is in a balanced state, re-exams are recommended every four (4) to six (6) months. Some patients may need to be seen more often depending on their level of health or their level of exposure. We also recommend a quick test if you become ill or your energy level rapidly decreases. Talk to Dr. Massie to have him provide an individualized check up time table.

· Parasite Testing—It is recommended to see Dr. Massie every four (4) to six (6) months.

· Virus/Bacteria Testing—It is recommended any time you become ill or your energy level decreases.

· Nutritional/ Medication Testing—It is recommended to have this testing any time you add something new to your daily nutritional routine. Dr. Massie can test how this reacts with your body and all the other items you are taking.

· Chemical/Heavy Metal Testing—It is recommended any time you think you have come into contact with any chemicals or heavy metals (ie. spraying flowers, drinking tap water (ice), etc…). We recommend having this testing on a regular basis (at least every six (6) months) to maintain a healthy internal environment. Regular testing and remedies will help the body not get bogged down with toxin removal.

Computerized Regulation Thermography (CRT)

· Initial Testing—It is recommended to have a re-test for the CRT every six (6) months. If the initial CRT shows an area of concern the CRT may be recommended more often. Some patients may need to be seen on a regular basis depending upon their level of health. You can also request an individualized check up time table.

Biological Terrain Assessment (BTA)

· Initial Testing—It is recommended to have a re-test for the BTA once every twelve (12) months. If the initial BTA shows an area of concern a re-test will be recommended about four (4) months later.

                    Chiropractic Adjustments

· Initial Visit—It is recommended to have Chiropractic adjustments on a regular basis when you initially begin treatment. Usually Dr. Massie will request to see the patient twice a week for about two weeks. Some patients may need to be seen more often. Once improvements are seen it is recommend that the patient go on a maintenance plan. Most patients benefit from regular Chiropractic adjustments at least once a month to maintain good spinal health.

Colon Hydrotherapy

· Colonics and Homeopathics—It is recommended to have a series of colonics about three (3) days after you begin homeopathic remedies. Once you begin a series of colonics, the colon hydrotherapist will provide you with an individualized colonic schedule. Some patients may need more colonics than others, depending upon how their organ systems keep up with waste removal.

Massage Therapy

· Most individuals need a massage once a month to maintain good health. The nervous system is greatly affected by toxins and physical and emotional stress. Regular massages help keep muscles relaxed and the nervous system to stay stress free.

                    Synergieä AMS—Cellulite/Wrinkle Reduction

· Typically most clients need a series of six to sixteen Synergieä treatments twice-weekly over a two month period to obtain the desired results. In most cases maintenance visits are necessary once a month or once every two months. Some individuals may require more Synergieä treatment to stimulate the lymphatic system and to keep it maintained.
